Job Overview

Position: Educational Psychologist

Employment Type: Full Time

Overview: Soliant is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Educational Psychologist to contribute to a supportive educational atmosphere. This full-time role involves engaging with students, families, and educational staff to foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
  • Design and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Offer counseling and support services to students.
  • Collaborate with educators, school leaders, and families to meet student needs.
  • Enhance mental health awareness and interventions within the educational community.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions to review student progress and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Educational Psychologist in Texas is mandatory.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Proficient assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
