Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, including moving materials/components, operating equipment, and ensuring production materials are sorted and supplied to appropriate stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a standing position for a minimum of 8 hours or more per shift.
  • Frequent walking, squatting, turning, twisting, pushing, bending, etc. in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Must be willing to work overtime.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production goals.
