Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports pertaining to production and equipment usage.
  • Conduct inventory management of tools, parts, and supplies.
  • Perform inspections of work to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Uphold a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
Essential Requirements:
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications.
  • Capability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to collaborate well in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A Technical Degree (2 years) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.

This position requires physical capabilities such as manual dexterity, occasional lifting of objects, and frequent standing or walking. Specific vision abilities are also necessary for this role.
