We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our clinical operations team at CHRISTUS Health. Key Responsibilities- Organize and oversee patient care delivery during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations of patient care units.
- Coach and counsel individual team members, monitor and provide feedback on performance, and address training needs.
- Document daily staffing, operational, and administrative records, maintaining compliance with governmental policies and procedures.
- Provide direction and support to nursing staff, demonstrating and promoting respect for the dignity and rights of every patient, and assisting with communications with patients and families.
- Allocate team resources responsibly and equitably, delegate appropriate levels of responsibility and authority, and provide oversight and guidance.
- MEDIATE AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS AMONG INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS, AND DEPARTMENTS.
- Uses critical thinking skills to assess the basic physical, psychosocial, social, cultural, spiritual, and developmental needs of patients and families.

- Provides evidence-based nursing care.

- A. Education/Skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- B. Experience
- 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
