ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Modesto, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' educational and developmental goals.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid OT license in California.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
