Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices in nursing care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the State of New York.
  • Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
  • Specialty credentialing and educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area preferred.
  • Maintains all licensures and certifications according to NYS regulations and specialty area requirements.
