Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team of medical professionals. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technician, you will play a crucial role in obtaining high-quality diagnostic images to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prep patients for diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images of the human body, using your expertise to optimize image quality and minimize radiation exposure.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis, using your knowledge of radiology and medical imaging principles to inform treatment decisions.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines for medical imaging practices.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing their needs and comfort throughout the imaging process.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
  • Two years of X-Ray Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
