About the Role
  • You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and treatment.
  • As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members, documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • We are looking for someone who can perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
  • You will also be responsible for revising the plan of care based on evaluation, changes in medical plans of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
  • In addition to these duties, you may be required to perform other Registered Nurse (RN) tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A valid LPN license for the state in which you practice is mandatory.
  • You must hold a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • A current BLS card is also required.
  • One year of prior LPN experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Skills such as GTube, Trach, and Ventilator operation are desirable.
