We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Community Memorial Healthcare. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care to patients who require constant observation while in the hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including constant observation and monitoring of patients' conditions.
- Work under the direction of licensed nurses and medical staff to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Document patient information, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies in patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One (1) year experience as a Nurse Tech in an acute care setting or skilled nursing facility
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
