Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality, made-to-order food and beverage items promptly.
  • Prepare and stock grab-and-go food and beverage products, including snacks, bakery items, and refrigerated goods.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of products and supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness in food service and coffee areas.
  • Participate in training sessions at QuickChek University and attend district food service meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Implement merchandising and production strategies in food service and beverage departments.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profitability targets within the department.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to the food service team.
  • Train and develop food service associates and specialists.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior food service experience.
  • Some supervisory experience is preferred.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to other locations within the assigned district.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and analytical skills.
  • Consistent punctuality and excellent attendance record.
  • Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Continuous standing.

Compensation Information:
Pay starts at $19.00 per hour. QuickChek & Murphy USA consider various factors when determining compensation, including experience, skill sets, training, and business needs. The listed range pertains to the base hourly rate and does not encompass additional benefits or bonuses that may be part of the total compensation package.
