Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Quotation Specialist to join our team in the Lighting Manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a stable company environment and contribute to the growth of our CS team.

• Process New Quote Requests: Accurately process new quote requests from customers, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
• Provide Quotations: Provide quotations for custom or modified products, taking into account customer requirements and company specifications.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, customer support, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and effective quote processing.
• Meet Quotation Requirements: Meet or exceed quotation targets, ensuring high-quality quotes that meet customer expectations.
• Quotation Experience: Possess over 3 years of quotation experience, with a strong background in the Manufacturing industry, preferably in Lighting Manufacturing.
• ERP System Experience: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred, but not required.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
