Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and caring Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will work directly with children with autism, helping them develop essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with autism, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with families to enhance their understanding of their child's needs and develop strategies for supporting their child's development.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in autism support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by autism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
