Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, ensuring the well-being of students and passengers.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting students with boarding and exiting the bus.
  • Work collaboratively with our industry-leading technology to optimize daily routes and ensure timely arrivals.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Subject to a drug screen and physical.
Benefits
  • Starting pay: $25.50/hour, increasing to $29.50/hour after 1 year.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for fully credentialed drivers; $3,000 sign-on bonus for non-CDL holders.
  • Paid CDL training.
