About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide pathology care services to patients. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and be certified in the field. You will work closely with physicians and other health team members to provide high-quality patient care and ensure excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
  • Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and progress notes

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Certification in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
