Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our talent acquisition strategy, providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in various roles, with a focus on tech-centric positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and educate them on best practices in recruitment.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
  • Establish and maintain a strong employer brand to position Wiremind as an attractive employer in the industry.
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring metrics.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of successful sourcing and recruiting experience, either in a recruitment firm or in-house recruitment in a fast-paced context.
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound profiles.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to prioritize work.
  • Knowledge of startup and SaaS culture/landscape, particularly for technical profiles.
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in leveraging social media, community sites, and internet sourcing platforms to find hard-to-reach candidates.
  • Well-organized, structured, and able to work on multiple recruitments simultaneously.
