HCA Florida Highlands Hospital is actively seeking part-time and PRN Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to become integral members of our esteemed hospital medicine team.

Ideal Candidates:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with prior Hospitalist experience is highly desirable.
- Flexible scheduling available for both weekdays and weekends.
- Board certification is required.
- No procedures or codes involved.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
- Occurrence-based paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
- Closed ICU with intensivist support.
- Work schedule is from 7 AM to 7 PM on a 7 on/7 off block basis (full-time), with some flexibility.
- Join a dedicated team of 12 Physicians and 4 NP/PAs, supported by a robust Per Diem roster.
