Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Supervisor/Wraparound Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned mental health clinicians, ensuring that they provide the highest level of care to our clients. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will possess the following key responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical work of assigned mental health clinicians, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in clinical services, with at least two years post-graduate.
- Certified Mental Health Investigator certification (or ability to obtain within six months).
- Certified Protective Services Investigator certification (or ability to obtain within six months).
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
This exempt full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $59,900 to $89,900, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, generous paid time off, EAP & LTD, and paid licensure supervision.
