About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in the operating room.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements
  • One year of experience in an operating room setting
  • Current California RN license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Current PALS certification
  • CNOR certification preferred
