Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inhouse Xactimate Estimator to join our team at Rainbow Restoration. As an Estimating Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing timely, accurate, and profitable estimations of property losses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and scope projects in a timely fashion.
  • Use software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, and mold restoration projects.
  • Coordinate estimates and communicate with subcontractors.
  • Create accurate and profitable job estimates.
  • Prepare written proposals.
  • Develop lists of materials and equipment needed for projects.
  • Obtain pricing for materials.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Xactimate estimate writing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with property restoration, reconstruction, or remodeling.
Working Conditions:

This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
