The successful candidate will join the Cloud Security team, a vital segment of the broader Cybersecurity division. This team consists of security experts responsible for overseeing the security dimensions of the organization's cloud resources. They are essential in facilitating a secure transition and integration of cloud technologies within the company.

The team is tasked with planning, testing, automating, and deploying security measures for cloud assets across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead Visa's Cloud initiative, contributing to the architecture, strategy, and roadmap for cloud platforms while managing the adoption process.
2. Collaborate with Operations & Infrastructure (O&I) during the intake and solutioning phase of new Cloud workloads, translating business needs into technical specifications for Cloud engineers.
3. Implement cloud security strategies to support Visa's Hybrid & Multi-Cloud solutions across various service providers.
4. Design security architecture for hybrid cloud environments, ensuring that cloud solutions meet standards for security, consolidation, and regulatory compliance across diverse use cases.

5. Develop secure cloud-native platforms, core services, and security controls across multiple public and private cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
6. Evaluate the security and architecture of business applications transitioning to public clouds.

7. Mentor and coach team members and cross-functional colleagues.
8. Research and assess emerging technologies as they become available.
9. Design and automate dedicated products and services on the cloud landing platform.

10. Collaborate closely with other cloud teams and the O&I team, proactively engaging with product and business teams. Support cloud platforms during US time zones.

11. Advocate for Cloud computing principles.

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office settings. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 designated days a week, based on leadership guidance and business requirements.
