  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns, exchanges, and store credits as needed.
  • Participate in team selling initiatives to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a world-class experience.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies.
