Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Technician to join our team at The Ferrara Candy Company. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our plant equipment and facilities.

• Develop and implement effective sanitation procedures and programs to meet regulatory requirements and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation activities, including equipment maintenance and repair.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any sanitation or safety concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sanitation, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, GMP, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
