Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the accounting team to achieve the company's financial goals and objectives.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income and cash flow statements.

• Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial resources.

• Prepare and review financial reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.

• Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.

• Analyze and reconcile financial accounts.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.

• Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

• Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Provide training and support to accounting staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

• Seven or more years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Experience with ERP accounting systems.

• Ability to forecast budgets and financial performance, financial modeling, and managing cash flows.

• Experience with financial management and reporting, including balance sheet reconciliation.

• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and returns; audits.

This is a senior leadership position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in financial management. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
