$30,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Eligible Candidates

As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will deliver clinical assistance and collaborate closely with the Nurse Manager while reporting to the Director of Nursing regarding all facets of behavioral health. You will be equipped to provide primary care for psychiatric patients across adolescent, adult, and geriatric demographics, addressing the needs of the unit effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Registered Nursing License in the state of PA or a Temporary practice permit
  • Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in Behavioral Health
  • Healthcare provider (CPR) certification within 6 months
  • Comprehensive Crisis Management certification within 12 months of start date
  • Aspirations to enhance Management skills and take responsibility for departmental operations in collaboration with, and in the absence of, the department director
  • Preferred: Previous supervisory experience
