Job Summary:

Pac-Man Pies LLC, DBA Mr. Gatti's Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our Front of House team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, operating a point-of-sale system, and balancing cash drawers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following health and safety protocols, cleaning equipment and surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, cash handling, and food safety.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical school preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
