Customer Engagement Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors as they arrive at our facility
- Communicate clearly with both prospective and current clients
- Establish rapport with families, remembering their names and their children's names
- Address customer concerns tactfully, aiming for mutually beneficial resolutions
- Notify management of any unresolved issues
- Set a positive example for colleagues by prioritizing customer-focused interactions
