• Welcome visitors as they arrive at our facility
• Communicate clearly with both prospective and current clients
• Establish rapport with families, remembering their names and their children's names
• Address customer concerns tactfully, aiming for mutually beneficial resolutions
• Notify management of any unresolved issues
• Set a positive example for colleagues by prioritizing customer-focused interactions
