Automotive Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled automotive service technician to join our team at Champaign Ford City. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform authorized repairs
- Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate with service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document all work done and recommended on the repair order
- Participate in manufacturer training and stay up-to-date with technical bulletins
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a general service technician and/or equivalent education
- ASE Certification or manufacturer certification, strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
