Nursing Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead our interdisciplinary team at the Montowese Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
  • Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Requirements:
  • Valid state nursing license
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
