Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at GF Hotels and Resorts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth strategies that maximize profitability.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong background in hospitality. You will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve annual sales targets, while also driving business growth through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve annual sales targets, focusing on room sales, dining revenue, catering, and events.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign execution.
  • Talent Development: Train and develop the sales team to improve customer service skills and enhance their ability to meet sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide comprehensive sales reports to management, including financial analysis and recommendations for future growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role.
  • High diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in marketing or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
  • Prior hotel sales experience required, preferably in a director or assistant role.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
