Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Water Restoration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water damage restoration and mitigation, with expertise in handling a wide range of water-related emergencies. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in responding to water damage incidents, assessing the extent of damage, and implementing effective restoration strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency water damage calls and perform initial assessments of affected properties.
  • Mitigate water damage by extracting water, drying affected areas, and implementing containment measures to prevent further spread of moisture.
  • Utilize advanced equipment and techniques for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification, following industry best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive restoration plans and provide regular updates on progress.

Requirements:
  • IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in water damage restoration and mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of water restoration principles, techniques, and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure in emergency situations.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
