About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc.

As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash and recyclables.
  • Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Respond to the paging system in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
