Addiction Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Addiction Therapist to join our team at Avenues Recovery Center in Prince Frederick, MD. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing evidence-based treatment to individuals struggling with addiction.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. As a Licensed Addiction Therapist, you will be responsible for creating individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of care.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Create individualized treatment plans for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Valid state licensure/certification necessary to practice in this role
