Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of goods, including receiving, storing, and shipping.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and other audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of warehouse supervisory experience.
  • Experience using ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, including SOP adherence, error checking, cycle counting, and physical inventories.
  • Experience working with logistics providers, including UPS, FedEx, and trucking companies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift packages or oversized materials up to 50lbs and move products using MHE.
