Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team at Worlds of Fun. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing inspections, general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all plumbing systems within the park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to requests from senior management and maintenance staff.
  • Assist the Oceans of Fun Maintenance Foreman as needed.
  • Perform general laborer work as requested.
  • Install, assemble, and repair water and drainage pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
  • Provide exceptional guest service according to Cedar Fair standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas.
  • Meet scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
  • Meet Cedar Fair's attendance requirements.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Ability to use fall protection equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with senior management and seasonal employees.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory drug test and background check.
  • Driver's License and 5-7 years of commercial plumbing experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
