About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Brookdale at Home. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our seniors in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one companionship and support to seniors, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care needs.
  • Help with household tasks, such as housekeeping, laundry, and pet care.
  • Accompany seniors to appointments and errands, providing transportation and support.
  • Remind seniors to take their medications and provide other forms of support as needed.
Requirements
  • A passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact on seniors' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with seniors and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our seniors.
  • Basic knowledge of personal care and household tasks, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
