Field Enumerator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Enumerator to support our organization's mission to grow and enhance American agriculture. As a Field Enumerator, you will be responsible for collecting agricultural data on behalf of the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and record agricultural data from farmers and producers
• Conduct interviews with farmers and producers to gather information
• Use a reliable personal vehicle to travel to farms and production sites
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of data collected

Requirements:

• Experience multitasking in an energetic, deadline-oriented work environment
• Ability to conduct interviews in person or by telephone
• Knowledge about computers or IPADS
• Must like talking to people and being interested in their business
