Job Overview

Talent Corps is actively seeking a Rough Terrain Forklift Operator to join our team. This role requires a dependable transportation method and a proven work history demonstrating your expertise in operating LULL machinery. Candidates must possess a Class VII Rough Terrain Forklift License from recognized entities such as United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, or Herc Rentals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate heavy forklifts in challenging environments characterized by uneven terrain.
  • Perform yard maintenance tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rate of $27 per hour, with an additional $118 for per diem days worked.
  • Weekly pay schedule.
  • Opportunity for overtime, with 50+ hours available.
  • Standard work hours of 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
  • OSHA-10 certification is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating LULLs.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be open to travel.
  • Submission of a resume or work history is necessary.
  • Certification must be obtained from either United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, or Herc Rentals, and not from a contractor.
