Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with the management team, guests, and staff to ensure seamless service.
- Manage OpenTable and other communication channels to address guest requests and incidents.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Be available to work irregular hours, including weekends, special events, and holidays.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position, preferably in fine dining.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk with ease.
- $16.85 per hour + pooled tips.
