Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Specialist to provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers, helping them meet shoppers' needs. This role involves building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory.
  • Work closely with Retailers to understand their needs and develop effective merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retailers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You're 18 years or older
  • You have great relationship building skills and communication skills
  • You have prior sales and/or account management experience
  • You can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing, and can lift up to 50 lbs
  • You can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
  • You have reliable transportation to and from work locations
  • You're willing to independently travel within your assigned territory
