Position Overview
As a Licensed Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients and ensure adherence to established healthcare protocols.
Key Details
- Sign-on Bonus: $5000.00
- Department: Long Term Care
- Schedule: Evening Shift starting at 2:30 P.M.
- Facility: Presence Holy Family Medical Center
- Salary: $31.28 - $46.92 per hour
Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications, experience, and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct nursing care in accordance with healthcare policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing patient care plans.
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions accurately.
- Coordinating care among various healthcare disciplines.
- Executing physician and nursing orders effectively.
- Ensuring patient safety by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to facilitate discharge planning.
Qualifications
Licensure / Certification:
- BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Registered Nurse license required prior to employment.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure required at the time of hire.
