Peaceful Pines Senior Living - Milbank is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Supervise and mentor a team of caregivers to ensure exceptional care and service.
• Collaborate with the care coordinator to ensure effective staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Manage medication management and oversee the timely and accurate administration of medications.
• Provide timely and honest communication with families and residents to promote good relationships and keep them informed about their loved one's condition and community events.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote the clinical needs of potential residents.
• Assess potential residents to determine their eligibility for Assisted Living.
• Develop and implement staff appreciation programs and recognition of excellent performance.
• Provide on-call backup to the community when not on duty.

• Previous experience in a leadership role in an assisted living community.
• Holds an active and unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum of two years' experience as an RN in a healthcare facility.
• Point Click Care experience is a plus.
• Typically, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• On call during non-business hours on a rotation.
