- Utilize strong knowledge of Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, and PlanSwift / On Screen Takeoff to accurately estimate projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve estimating processes.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating self-performed multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor costs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
