We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Laboratory Technician to contribute to our cutting-edge project in stem cell therapy for Sanfilippo syndrome.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute tissue culture techniques, including cell line maintenance, propagation, and experimentation with hESC/iPSC and differentiation into neural lineages.
  • Manage animal husbandry tasks, including the care and handling of laboratory mice.
  • Conduct experiments according to established protocols, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Record and analyze experimental data promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with research scientists to achieve project milestones.
  • Adhere strictly to safety guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with tissue culture techniques is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Highly desirable: Experience in working with laboratory mice.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
