Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Float Pool team at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH). As a Staff Nurse in this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients and their families in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU Float Pool, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- ICU experience preferred, with 1-2 years of med/surg experience required if no ICU experience.
- Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
