Key Responsibilities

• Educate guests about our menu and assemble orders with precision and enthusiasm

• Maintain a clean and organized serving line, dining room, and restrooms

• Prepare high-quality food in our open kitchens, adhering to recipes and procedures

• Ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times

• Restock stations and maintain a clean and organized environment

• Deliver a unique and memorable experience to each guest

• Assist with deliveries and other duties as assigned

• Cross-train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth and adaptability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment

• Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold

• Ability to work near open flames and in tight spaces

• Maintain near-constant communication with multiple people

• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision required

• Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally

• Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions
