As an EVS Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This includes:

• Cleaning offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Cleaning walls, stalls, shelving, telephones, brass rails, doors, glass, mirrors, and any surface requiring attention.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms, including replenishing supplies as needed.

In addition, you will be required to:

• Sweep and mop floors, and vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Dust furniture and equipment, and polish metalwork.
• Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work independently, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and maneuver through the facility safely.
