We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform ultrasonic examinations to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement protocols for ultrasound procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the examination process.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiation Sciences or Ultrasound Technology.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or ARDMS.
- RVT Registered vascular Technologist or eligible within 1 year of hire.
- Current BLS Certification.
