Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Eurest - Ascend Performance Material. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner, following established steps of service and meeting outlined standards.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information and concerns to supervisor.

• At least 1 year of experience in a food service or culinary role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
