Job Title: Physical Therapist - Acute Care

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Palmdale, California. As a Physical Therapist with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to provide acute care services to patients in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients who require physical therapy to recover from illness or injury. As a Physical Therapist with our company, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients to determine their physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in California
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • BLS
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Physical Therapist
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
