Salary and Benefits
This role offers an estimated salary of $73,650 - $141,350 per year, based on local labor markets, education, experience, certifications, and other factors. Job Description
We're seeking a licensed clinical therapist to treat a wide variety of mental health conditions. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with external providers.
  2. Conducting outpatient psychiatric evaluations and providing ongoing medication management.
  3. Participating in enriching the training experience of graduate students.
  4. Screening and assessing patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
  5. Providing treatment for various mental health conditions using evidence-based methods.
As a member of our team, you'll have opportunities to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures, while maintaining accurate electronic medical records and complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field, along with a clear, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the state of practice. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of professional social work/clinical experience post-Master's degree, direct psychotherapy services experience, and proficiency with computers for communication and documentation.
